  I am a life long resident of Rhode Island and have keen knowledge of the communities and neighborhoods present in our beautiful and unique state. The abundance of coastlines, the beauty of country living, or the excitement of the city can be yours! My background as a Lead Content teacher, an athletic coach, a small-business owner, and a former board member, has provided me with the mindset and skill set necessary to be the ideal Real Estate Professional.   As a lifelong resident, educator, homeowner, property investor, and licensed real estate agent, my investment in Rhode Island runs deep.
    I was born in our historic capital, raised in the wonderful community of Warwick, and currently reside in the coastal community of South County. My familiarity with, and knowledge of, our great state is comprehensive. Market knowledge of our beautiful Ocean State, coupled with continuous real estate education and diverse field experience, have been key to my successful sales transactions as measured by a high degree of client satisfaction.

 I have lived, worked, and played in the Ocean State my entire life. For the past 35 years, I have resided in beautiful South County.  I am proud to have  been involved in many aspects of community in Lil Rhody including being a public school educator and tennis professional for over 30 years.

As a teacher and coach, I understand the importance of, and I am dedicated to, helping individuals achieve their goals.  Whether buying or selling, your goals are my priority. As a student, I played Division 1 tennis. Playing tennis at that level requires strategy and tactical thinking. These attributes also apply in a real estate transactions; winning a tough tennis match is tantamount to the personal satisfaction gained through executing a successful real estate transaction on behalf of my seller or buyer.

   I am a lifelong resident of Rhode Island, originally from Warwick and currently residing in Northern RI.  It is here where I established my love of real estate investment.  I graduated magna cum laude from Rhode Island College with a bachelor's in education and have never stopped being a life-long learner.  Whether it be as a teacher, a soccer coach at the professional level, or a real estate investor, I have always taken the opportunity to learn as much as I can, so that I can be the best at what I do. While working in education for the past 15 years, I began to develop my portfolio of investment properties.  Through my experiences of investing over the years, I hope to use what I have learned to help others.  With practical and honest guidance, I want to serve my clients so that they can be successful with whatever real estate goals that they have.  It would be my pleasure to be entrusted with the responsibility to make this happen for you.
 

I have lived in Rhode Island for my entire life and am a proud graduate of Warwick Public  

Schools and Rhode Island College. I graduated summa cum laude from RIC in May 2022 with  

two bachelor’s degrees and have continued on with my education to get a MSW degree from RIC.  

During my schooling, I found a passion for real estate and decided to take on this role. This was  

not an easy task to take on while still in school, but my hard work and dedication to real estate  

helped me persevere to receive my REALTOR® license.  As a lifelong resident of Rhode Island, it gives me a unique and powerful insight into the real  estate market and all that this great state has to offer. I have a strong understanding of today's  

housing market and am ready to meet the needs of both buyers and sellers. Being a Rhode Island

Rhode Island real estate has been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a lifelong resident, it was a focus for my parents and naturally grew to be my passion as an adult.
     Beyond attaining a BS in education, I have earned several designations and certifications in the field of real estate.  As a licensed real estate broker, landlord, and owner of investment / commercial properties, I have expertise in all facets of real estate. The knowledge gained from both education and field experience have lead me to successfully broker sales across our state from single family to new construction.
